ROOM — The Producer Console (Administration). THE V14 CHASSIS ONLY.
   porting-perimeter-souls S4, 2026-08-11.

── WHY THIS FILE IS NEW, AND WHY IT CARRIES NO INTERIOR ─────────────────
Every other RoomWindow got its interior stylesheet from
`furnishing-vessel-interiors`; Administration never did, because furnishing
it needs an administrator-tier render and no session had one. So this file
exists to carry the CHASSIS half alone. It contains not one interior rule:
no rule below reaches Admin's authorization, its tabs, its tables, its
audit or recovery actions, or the `.admin-header` / `.admin-card*` /
`.admin-badge` selectors the Dashboard deliberately firewalls itself
against. Adding an interior is a separate piece of work with its own gates.

Everything here is reached ONLY through `html.ffv-modal-fleet-v14`. With the
flag off not one selector matches and the room renders exactly as it does
today — which is what makes the flag a rollback path rather than a promise.
The SHELL half needs the flag class because `.ffvc-rim-glow`, `.ffvc-body`
and `.ffvc-lip` are drawn by room-windows.css in BOTH states.

── THE PORT'S ONLY GEOMETRY IS VERTICAL ─────────────────────────────────
   Through the theme's own DERIVED keep-outs: 122 / 104, from 52 / 56. Every
unit of that raise is the SHELL — the lip alone asks 122 / 104 before any
furniture is placed, and after all three aperture directives the derived
numbers are unchanged. No horizontal inset moves: this room is the widest
working surface in the vault (tabbed consoles over tables) and its accepted
   width is untouched.

   Widths are the lab's times the geometric mean sqrt(0.625 * 0.7) = 0.6614.

/* ── motion: THE LAB GIVES THIS ROOM NONE, and that is a decision ──────────
Declared rather than left to be inferred (HELPER_CONTRACT §6b asks for the
absence to be stated). Not one of the five classes this port carries —
   `bridge`, `hazard`, `command-plate`, `plate-slots`, `hero-shield` — appears
in the lab's `prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference` block. An operations
bridge that twitches is an operations bridge reporting something, and this
one has nothing to report. Its particles are already `mode: 'pulse'` with
`drift: 0` for the same reason.
